An abundance of creativity and memories have been captured and shared because of you, and we want to thank you for it! Mint Room Studios and Preto Loft are excited to announce our Complimentary Membership Perks! We have reached out to all photographers that qualify for complimentary loyalty program, and provided them with the following perks!

Membership perks are currently under review and we are pausing enrolment for new members for the remainder of 2025.

2025 Mint Room Studios Complimentary Membership

Mint Room Studios is pleased to offer complimentary membership perks to qualifying photographers based on annual studio spend. These perks are a privilege and may be subject to revocation if membership guidelines are not followed.

We respectfully ask all photographers to:

Treat all studio staff and clients with professionalism and respect. Mint Room studios does not tolerate any harassment or verbal abuse towards it’s staff or clients.
Maintain cleanliness and leave studio spaces tidy after use.
Respect studio time by concluding sessions and exiting the space promptly at the end of your booking.
Inform clients of studio policies and access guidelines.
Refrain from promoting other studios on artist pages featured within Mint Room Studios’ website.

2025 Policies

Photographers are automatically enrolled once they qualify for the perks ( based on their adherence to studio rules and their yearly (year-to-date) spend at Mint Room and Preto Loft). If you would like to get access to membership perks and haven’t purchased enough time yet in our studios, you can create future bookings or purchase studio credit, and start benefiting from the discounts and perks!

Once you have reached a yearly (year-to-date) spend that qualifies you for a membership, you will be provided with a coupon code towards your future bookings that will be active as long as you maintain the spend that meets our membership criteria. We check the ongoing yearly spend status every 3 months.

**Mint Room studios has the right to update to update yearly spend requirements once a year in January. If your membership level drops based on the updated levels, your coupon will remain active until March 1st. On March 1st, all previous members will be required to meet new spend requirements to maintain their studio perks.

Any harassment, denigration, threats, and disparaging comments made about Mint Room Studios, its employees, customers, officers, directors, or owners, online and offline, directly or indirectly, orally or in writing will result Membership Termination.

Soliciting or attempting to solicit other members’ clients, either directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited and may result in membership termination. Our community thrives on professionalism, trust, and mutual respect.

Important Booking Policies:

Cancellation Charges: A fee will apply after three last-minute cancellations of multi-hour bookings during weekends or holidays. Habitually booking time without the intent to use the studio, or canceling late to block availability for others, may result in a studio ban.
Holiday Session Bookings: To ensure fair access for all clients, double bookings for holiday sessions will result in cancellation of both bookings within 24 hours of the initial reservation.
