The health of our employees and customers is our main priority, therefore we made the following changes to our booking processes:
1 Hour Sanitize Between Bookings
We have made the change in our booking calendar to space out all sessions by an hour. This gives us the time to sanitize the rooms in between bookings and ensure that clients can go in and out of the studio without coming into close contact with another party.
Temporary closure of makeup tables
Makeup table bookings will be closed until further notice to minimize exposure and traffic in the common area. If you need to do makeup touch-ups during your shoot, we will place a folding table inside the studio room, free of charge during your shoot. If you need to get ready at the studio and we have rooms available, we can accommodate 1 hour makeup bookings for $20/hour for makeup artist + model only in the room. Check-ins (with attendant)
Please arrive within 10 minutes of your shoot and you will be taken directly into your studio room without waiting. If you come earlier and the room is free and disinfected, we will take you inside and start/end your booking earlier. Otherwise, we will ask you to wait outside of the studio premises.
For early morning or evening bookings, our studio staff will be opening / closing the studio remotely for our customers. Since we can no longer be in the rooms with you to check for damages, we are sending our clients an invoice for a $300 damage deposit that must be paid before the session. This deposit will be returned to you the same day of your booking, once the rooms have been checked and sanitized.
Group Size Limits
We are following provincial guidance on group size limits for bookings at the studio. We are strictly enforcing maximum studio room capacity to 10 people per studio room. If you need to have more than 10 people in the studio, booking multiple rooms is mandatory or some of your team will need to wait outside.

Please let us know if you or your clients are not feeling well within 12 hours of your booking so that we can issue studio credit for your cancelled booking.
Mint Room Studios will sanitize the rooms in between room bookings, however photographers hosting mini sessions are responsible for clean up between their client bookings. Clients arriving for mini sessions will be taken directly to their rooms to ensure that they don’t bump into anyone else in the studio. If you need an additional waiting room to accommodate your clients waiting for a session, you can book Library / Lounge rooms at 50% off as a second room during your booking.
