Satisfying Our Hunger at Hustler’s Brunch

We were so pleased to be the chosen space to host The Hustler’s Brunch in November, an event aimed to bring women entrepreneurs in the wedding industry together, creating a supportive space where attendees could let their guard down and share their experiences- both good and bad- as business owners, mothers, friends, daughters, and creators.

Before guests entered the dining area located in the Conservatory, they were led to the Ballroom, where a hot chocolate bar, donut station, edible selfie cookie station, cocktails and live music were all set up. Guests were also encouraged to write down questions for the Q and A session later on in the afternoon, which was led by Diana Pires, the planner of the brunch itself!

Meanwhile, in the Lounge, Elle Cuisine set up their mouth-watering menu, including s’mores pancakes (yes, you read that right), mushroom and truffle toast, fried chicken and waffles.

To go off of Diana Pires’ shirt of choice, a white button-up that reads, “Everything Is Better With A Bit of Drama,” each room was decorated to the T with black and white decor. The menu, routed letters, plates and glassware, floral and fringe decor, bar panels, and napkins and linens are just a few of the many ornamentations displayed in the gathering spaces.

Once the doors in the Ballroom were open, the dining room setup in the Conservatory was revealed to the guests. With black fringe hanging from the ceiling, a cluster of black and white balloons arches, we felt as though we stepped into the trendiest brunch spot of all in Toronto (we can see this place getting a million views on blogTO).

After this, there were some motivational speeches, followed by a Q and A to further inform and empower one another.

We’re glad to have been able to be the blank canvas The Hustler’s Brunch needed to curate a chic, comfortable and classy space. Bon appétit, ladies.
