The Kitchen is a bright modern space that features a fully functioning kitchen with trendy open shelves, light oak cabinets, gold hardware, a stunning marble backsplash with beautiful veins, an oversized marble and fluted wood island with bar stools and a dining area.

This season, the Kitchen transforms into a refined holiday haven, blending warmth, minimalism, and timeless seasonal charm. Designed by Petals & Pearls, this setup celebrates the beauty of simplicity with a natural, organic aesthetic rooted in texture, tone, and intentional styling.

Set against a backdrop of soft, neutral hues – warm taupes, creamy whites, and deep caramels – the space is styled with carefully curated accents: brass bells, wooden ornaments and earthy metallics that add richness without overwhelming the scene.

Woven baskets, handcrafted garlands, and clean-lined shelving filled with subtle festive touches create a cozy, lived-in holiday feeling, while evergreen sprigs and soft candlelight add just the right amount of seasonal detail.

The kitchen studio is an ideal venue for private events, cooking workshops, intimate dinner parties, and photography/video cooking show productions.

For larger bookings exceeding 12 people, entire unit 301 should be rented for a private uninterrupted experience. Studio

Kitchen

Modern 700 sq. ft. kitchen and living room space with a fully functional high-end kitchen equipped with Wolf, Subzero, and Miele appliances. The other side of this versatile studio room features a stunning modern living room area with styled shelves, three seater sofa and a coffee table.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Kitchen is located inside Unit 301.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Freight elevator is located in the 300 Campbell hallway, to the left of the main staircase. Please contact Mint Room team at 647-977-2793 to assist with operating the elevator.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

At the end of your session, we kindly request that the Kitchen be restored to its original condition, all food and and beverages removed and placed into garbage bin. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to white furniture in the living room area. There is a $100 cleaning fee for leaving food in the studio and dirty appliances, and $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
