About Kitchen
The Kitchen is a bright modern space that features a modern kitchen with trendy open shelves, light oak cabinets with gold hardware, a stunning backsplash with beautiful veins and an oversized marble island. This space is perfect for cooking classes, food blogger shoots, engagement photography, intimate events or a fun family shoot! We chose the top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf stovetop, Subzero fridge and Miele appliances for a full kitchen experience that can be rented for an extra $25 per hour. The rest of the space is furnished with wicker bar stools and a fluted island base for a trendy touch. There is a dining area on the other side of the room with a beautiful modern table, wishbone dining chairs and boucle side chairs.

STUDIO RATES
For Video and Photo Shoots (water/gas $20 extra), no Audio recordings
Includes up to 10 people. 1-hour minimum booking. If booking the studio after hours (between 8 pm and 8 am), please contact the administrator to confirm the booking. Decor setup installations are part of the room and cannot be removed. Please contact us to book the studio if the number of guests exceeds the capacity or if you are filming audio/video.

About Kitchen
The kitchen is a beautiful modern kitchen space with two large windows, stunning modern mint cabinets with gold hardware, a modern grey veined counter top and backsplash and a beautiful oversized island with a grey marble countertop. The kitchen can be rented as a prop studio only, or can be rented as a fully functional kitchen space with a working Subzero fridge, Wolf stove, and miele oven and microwave for an extra fee.

**Please note furniture can be updated/removed due to damage and redesign. Mint Room Studios and Preto Loft reserves the right to update/redesign the studios as needed

Decor Set-ups take place seasonally throughout the year. Our highly anticipated holiday setups take place from October – January 1st.
Please contact us prior to booking, to ask us about our set-ups and if your desired studio might have one.

Studio Policy
- For an additional $25 per hour, this studio can have water and gas turned on for the stovetop with a minimum of 2 hours reserved.
- All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
- To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
- The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks-only are required in each studio.
