About

The Lounge is a very versatile 550 square foot room and the most eclectic space of all our studios. This room has textured off-white walls with beautiful Moroccan-themed arches, matching floors and furnished with boho-themed props and eclectic fabrics. The room also has an elevated pedestal with two sets of stairs and is furnished with rattan pieces and a stunning hanging greenery installation. It’s the perfect backdrop for editorials, family portraits, engagement and wedding photography sessions.

Crème Brûlée

‘Crème Brûlée’ will embrace the Lounge’s natural warmth with a neutral, tone-on-tone palette that sets the stage for a wonderland sprinkled with sparkles and soft, glowing lights.

Monochrome here doesn’t mean simple—it means layers of luxurious textures and rich textiles, from plush velvet to soft fur, rattan to wood, and shimmering glass to glossy accents. Every surface and corner will invite warmth and comfort.

The space will offer a 360-degree experience, featuring two Christmas trees—one nestled near the arch and the other by the stairs. The swing will be adorned, creating a cozy little nook that invites you to linger.

The overall atmosphere will be one of elevated relaxation—sophisticated yet effortlessly cozy.

Holiday setups take place between October 1st and January 1st and cannot be removed from the studio room.

Lounge offers a unique setting for intimate wedding ceremonies, proposals, group workshops and photo / video productions.

For productions requiring audio sensitivity we recommend that you rent the entire unit for a private uninterrupted experience. For smaller productions, we recommend renting Library + Lounge together to provide comfortable space to move out furniture and bring in equipment.

Studio

Lounge

550 sq. ft. Boho-themed studio room with tone-on-tone light floors and textured walls in light shades of sand. The room includes large 9 ft arch with a seated bench, a smaller standing arch and a 5 step pedestal with two staircases.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Lounge is located inside Unit 300.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Freight elevator is located in the 300 Campbell hallway, to the left of the main staircase. Please contact Mint Room team at 647-977-2793 to assist with operating the elevator.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
