The Ballroom is a bright all-white square room with two large windows and beautiful grey floors, filled with natural light and unobstructed South West view. Each wall in this room has an intricate molding design, and it’s luxurious and romantic Parisian feel is highlighted with a beautiful fireplace in the middle. This space is perfect for bridal, editorial and elegant family photoshoots.
- Elegant pure white room with classic light grey floors.
- 2 oversized windows (one window faces south, another faces east), which bring lots of natural light and make this room bright and airy all the time during the day.
- Ideal for portraits and makes a great blank canvas for all the creative ideas.
- Every wall has wainscoting and molding enhancements.
- Big white fireplace with intricate details.
- Bi-folding doors accented with millwork that connect Ballroom with Conservatory.

Includes up to 10 people. 1 hour minimum booking. If booking the studio during after hours (between 8 pm and 8 am), please contact the administrator to confirm the booking. Please contact us to book the studio if the number of guests exceeds the capacity.
Take advantage of discounts on multi-hour bookings during weekdays. The price will be adjusted automatically at checkout.

Price includes renting the whole floor. (Ballroom, Conservatory, Lounge, Library and Reception Area). 8 hours minimum booking. For the weekend and after-hour rates please contact us directly with the type of event and number of guests.

Studio Policy
- All shoots have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Mint Room Studios DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, only studio credit will be provided should this booking be cancelled for any reason.
- If you cancel your reservation with over 48 hours notice from your booking date, your reschedule fee will be 20% of your booking value.
- If you cancel your reservation within 24- 48 hours of your booking date, your reschedule fee will be 50% of your booking value.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking date, you will be liable for the full value of the booking.
