East Side Studio

The East Side Studio is a stunning monochromatic grey studio space with an oversized standing cement arch that makes a perfect backdrop for your next production, photo shoot, or wedding ceremony. The room has two 12-foot large factory windows that bring in beautiful natural light, light oak herringbone floors, exposed metal trusses, textured walls and unique moveable cyclorama wall. The East Side Studio has a folding door that joins the room together with the West Side thus creating almost 2000 square foot space for events and large productions.

Preto Loft is the ultimate downtown Toronto location for workshops, intimate weddings, upscale social functions and product or media launches. Our East and West studio rooms can be joined together into an impressive 2000 sq. foot space which can comfortably fit up to 100 people. For smaller-scale occasions, the spaces can be rented separately to accommodate up to 30 people seated.

For videos and large productions, we recommend renting both studio units for audio sensitivity.

Studio

East Side overview

East Side Studio is a stunning all-grey studio space with an oversized standing cement arch, that can fit an entire wedding party or a full team during a branding shoot. This studio room has two 12 ft large factory windows, stunning light oak herringbone floors, exposed metal trusses and textured walls. The space also includes a cyclorama on whees that can be moved around the room during a photo/video shoot, or moved out for events. East Side Studio can join together with West Side for large events creating a 2000 sq. ft. space.

East Side Studio has an all-white moveable cyclorama wall that can be moved around the room as the light moves. The size of the cyc wall is 9 ft wide by 9 ft tall. The cyclorama can be freshly painted for your production at an extra fee. For events, the cyclorama can be moved out of the room.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
