Once a member of our team, Andrew will forever stay a friend and a creative muse to us. We were delighted to have Drew come over for an early evening shoot to catch the golden sun rays in our newest spaces – Salon and Sanctuary. In his commentary to Offline35mm, Andrew softly refers to the shoot as something he would call ‘home’: “… Midsommer Sanctuary is a series of photos shot in a place I still call home. Somewhere where I will always be able to be myself.”

Filled with soft post-afternoon light, these candid series invite you for an intimate moment of zen. Warm beige and studio grey tones blend gracefully amongst a play of lights and shadows. The sensual feeling is brought for your observation by every detail of these captures. The energy, the colours, the textures, the space. A perfect blend of spices calling for a home-like feeling even to a stranger’s eye.

We take Drew’s comment about feeling home with our hearts full, as being able to be your true self is a kind of feeling you cannot put a price tag on. We hope to bring such resemblance for anyone stepping in our spaces.
