Conservatory

The Conservatory is an all-white elegant rectangular space with four large North and West facing windows. With one wall with neutral limewash and a unique double arch, this room remains neutral enough to provide a versatile backdrop for many different creative projects. With equally neutral coloured furniture and off-white textured accessories this timeless, elegant and modern 700 square foot space is an ideal space for workshops, portraits, wedding photos, family sessions and commercial campaigns.

Starlit Carousel

Starlit Carousel’ began with a memory.

We wanted to capture the childlike wonder of the holidays – the way joy feels bigger, brighter, almost magical when you’re little. A carousel horse became our muse: playful, nostalgic, instantly transportive. From there, we layered in luminous whites, champagne golds, and frosted silvers to create an atmosphere that glows like starlight.

The result is a holiday installation that feels whimsical yet refined, designed to spark delight for kids and grown-ups alike. It’s not just decor setup – it’s a dreamscape, a place where the holidays feel larger than life.

Elevate your events in our Conservatory studio, available for rent to host intimate gatherings such as group workshops, baby showers, and intimate wedding ceremonies. For larger bookings exceeding 15 people, we recommend considering the option of renting both the Ballroom and Conservatory together, or the entire unit for a private uninterrupted experience. Studio

Conservatory

Elegant 700 sq. foot white studio with classic light grey floors and modern cream and white/black furniture and accessories. This room also features a vintage oversized marble fireplace and a stunning modern wainscotted wall.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Conservatory is located inside Unit 300.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Freight elevator is located in the 300 Campbell hallway, to the left of the main staircase. Please contact Mint Room team at 647-977-2793 to assist with operating the elevator.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to white furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
