FINDING OUR STUDIO
213 Sterling Road is a 2-story brown building across the street from the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).
The entrance and visitor parking are found on the north side of the building.
Visitor parking is located to the left of the main entrance (north side of the building and paid parking is in effect for this section)
If those are all taken, you are welcome to use the 2 reserved Preto Loft parking spots with parking passes that you can request at the front desk. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and may be limited, along with detours and construction in the city to be accounted for. We strongly recommend that you arrive early to find a suitable parking spot or consider using public transportation if possible.
There is free street parking along Perth Ave and paid parking lots across Bloor St and Dundas St. Click here for available street parking.
This will be where the construction is located and the new entrance to the building will be down below. Once you enter from the main doors, please take the black staircase located in front of you to unit 212 which you will find on your left at the top of the stairs. Washrooms are down the hall to your right when at the top of the stairs.
The renovation work will run from July 31st to the end of September 2023. You will enter from these grey doors which will be just past the initial main entrance in the image above and through the small laneway, if you have gone passed the stop sign you have gone too far. Once you enter from these new main doors, please take the black staircase located at the end of the hall to your right up to unit 212 which you will find on your left at the top of the stairs. Washrooms are down the hall to your right when at the top of the stairs.
Please do not park on the south side of the building, it is for employees only and you require a fob to be let out! Please do not park anywhere assigned to another company or without a parking pass, parking is subject to change and at times can be taken.
