The BYNK Media team took over the Solarium for a content shoot with Toronto based hair salon and extension company, The Curl Lounge. The vision for this shoot incorporated all of our favourite things: minimal backgrounds, fresh florals and pops of colour to create the perfect mix of minimal chic. The shoot featured an array of bright and fun flowers by Lobo Florals in aesthetic and eye-catching along with fresh fruit for a tropical twist. Cantaloupes, melons, and oranges were placed throughout the set to play with textures and colours.

Each floral arrangement was placed in a clear vase on acrylic stands as well as our custom ceramic cube to create a unique composition with levels. The bright and minimal walls of the Solarium studio were the perfect background for this concept since the focus was on the florals and models. The light from our south-facing loft window reached into the space and lit the scene.

We can’t talk about this shoot without mentioning the hair! Each model had a soft and natural look with minimalistic clothing as the focus was the curly hair extensions.
