Starting February 1st, we are updating our pricing policy due to higher operating costs.

This update will allow us to continue providing high-quality services and bringing more creative opportunities to life, including new design setups and studio spaces for photoshoots and events.

What does this mean for you?

• The Mint Room Studios and Preto Loft weekend rates will change to $105/hour and $120/hour respectively.
• We did our best to make the transition as smooth as possible, so the weekday rate remains the same, including the weekday discounts on multi-hour bookings.
• Additionally, whenever a decor setup takes place in the studio, there will be an extra $10 fee. Not applicable to events.
• The events rate for Mint Room will change to $350/hour for the entire unit 301; 4 hours minimum. Weekday discounts apply.
• The events rate for Preto Loft remains the same ($250/hour – on weekdays; $300 – on weekends). It includes East Side & West Side + the kitchen + the makeup table. 4 hours minimum. Weekday discounts apply.

The new prices will become effective in February.

All bookings made before February 1, 2023, will be honoured with the current price.
